For my first post in almost a year, I’ve made a retrospective of this year’s releases. This mix contains tracks from all the records I bought that were released this year, excluding rereleases (except Renaissance). Conclusion: a good year for house, and I’m not talking about minimal electrohouse bollocks. Also some electronix and some (dub) techno in the second half of this 2 hour+ mix.
This is it – the Hiphouse megamix that rocked the scene back in the days…
I remember there being a competition to try and select the three Hiphouse tracks that do not suck 
well, this one is loaded with those kind of tracks.

One of the very best most classic Dutch techno records has been re-released somewhere in 2008. It was digitally remastered from old DAT tapes in the Eevo Lute Vaults.
